Prices have really come down for awhile but I'm expecting them to go back up soon based on material prices.

I found a good deal on 124gn Speer Lawman and am going to buy a couple thousand rounds. My CZ likes it and Sellier & Bellot in 124gn. The lawman supposedly mimics the gold dots I carry so it's usually an easy choice.

I'm intrigued by NATO 124gn made by a company called Metallwerk Elisenhuette (MEN) in Germany. It's supposed to be really clean (and green...no lead). I like the idea of not breathing lead, or getting it all over my arms/hands when shooting or cleaning.

Anyone have experience with the latter rounds? Is it worth an extra 10-15 bucks per 1000 rounds?

Or should I stick with lawman?

Not trying to spook you but keep an eye on it brother, The first concussion I had seen a fellow came in with a fall, CT and MRI was done and nothing seen. 2 days later he was back in the hospital in a coma due to such a slow bleed in the brain that it didn't show up for the initial scans. A lot of places now do 2 scans one immediately after the event and one again 24 hours later for this reason. Just be aware and cautious for safety sake.

Over 3000 rounds through the Cz. My first and only fte was at around 2500 using herters 115. I’ve had virtually everything through it. It loves s&b and lawman. That MEN looks interesting though.

Ordered lawman buta might order the MEN tomorrow. Found a nice range with computerized tactical targets and have been shooting a lot lately.
