I'm a huge fan of the company and service. There is a fair amount of noise around the new log in situation. Voice of the customer is important in any business.mmy thought behind this post is to raise data for them.

So... please vote and share your feedback. And for the love of Trish's Jigglers and the memory of Mayor JackConrad, keep it civil, please.

I'm buying less because auction prices are up. Good for cbid though because people are buying and their margins are up.

It is very rare I have to login. It might happen once every 2 weeks maybe. If I do have to, then it is just a click of the mouse which is no big deal to me. 0.02 seconds and I am back in. Since the page update I think I have seen the " I am not a Robot " security thing Maybe 2 or 3 times total.

Out of all of the problems others seem to speak of with functionality I have not had yet. Key word being yet....

Now as to the cost, Yes I am buying less than I was when I first started which was not much anyway due to limited budget. This of course is not a cbid issue it is mine and such as life. Also, I can not compete with the "overbidders." Again my issue not CBid's.

Customer service (Meaning the girls) have always treated me fantastic and I love em to death.

I have to login pretty much every visit to the site it seems.

But likely a 24 hour timeout.

I think it may be because I login from mobile device using desktop view, and my computer.

Might not allow multiple logins.

I typically access via mobile, on desktop site - don't use mobile site. But when I'm at my computer I'll open and login. I can access / be logged in on both devices simultaneously, but I don't think since the upgrade I've used only one route to access the site for a 24 hour period.

I usually have to log in every other day...it is kind of annoying...but doesn't keep me from getting on and posting..considering it takes all 4 seconds to login.

It's ridiculous. I sometimes have to log on after being on the site and leaving for a few minutes. Even the log on screen is ridiculous.

Well, tobacco filled tube shaped objects. Wouldn't consider most of them a cigar...

I have to log in EVERY time I come to CBid . . . and that adds up to probably 10-20 times a day.
I am not a robot comes up about every 4th or 5th login attempt.

I'm about on par with EWOK.......robot thingee maybe 3 times and log in about every 2 days or so, but it only takes a second
Have to log in on phone almost every time I access the site, And that is a pain in the poopah
