I remember mine. Man. It was a Cuban Cohiba I lifted from my Dad's study when I was only eight years old. I was just a lad, but even then I remember I enjoyed the crisp smell of Spanish cedar as I opened the box, the..............Nah. Not really. In reality, it was a gas station White Owl when I was like 16. Yah. But it started me on down the holy path.

Anyone else?

Back when I was 12, my buddies and I would smoke Tijuana Smalls, along with Salem and Marlboro cigarettes. Did that for about 6 months. I never touched tobacco again until I was around 50, and got into real cigars.

Macanudo, Cafe Caviar...

Back when they were made in Jamaica, and a fine little cigar...

Now they are trash (IMNSHO)

I started out on a sissy smoke. I was 29 at the time in 1999 and my mother had purchased for me an Acid cigar. I liked them but did not stay with cigars long. I had quit and only here and there would purchase a cigar. While living in Biloxi MS years later a friend of mine hooked me up with his cigar club on a night of an event. It was there I got to meet Oscar Valladares and purchased a box of Leaf. Some of you guys on this forum has gotten a Leaf from me out of the box that Oscar handed me personally all those years ago. It wasn't until I had my stroke that I really got Deep into cigars which was 2 years ago and even more so since I have joined here.

Yep and that was the thing with me. My very first cigar was infused. I had no clue what a "Real" cigar tasted like. It wasn't until my buddy in MS that I had got into natural cigars and once I got here is when I started learning about them and all that jazz. Now the only infused cigar I will smoke is one my wife bought for me because she dont know no better and I damn sure ain't going to tell her WTF lmaooo. Its kind of like when the wife ask is my ass look big in these jeans... LIE LIKE HELL IS WHAT I DO..... No love, you have a petite ass.

But yah, I bought some Tobak especials years ago and still have a few. They're just okay. If you clip off most of the cap.

Ironically, I have been wearing Drew Estate hats for years. Bought a lot of like 17 of them, miltary cap style. LOVE them. Hate the cigars. The infused ones anyway. Like the MUWATS.

Haven't tried the fire cured, but I've heard good things, same for the Liga. What's your go-to non infused? Just for an everyday?

Lol yah not many people smoke high end Padrons for a knockaround. I have learned better than to smoke expensive or hard to find sticks while active. Had an Undercrown blown out of my mouth on the lake recently.

For straight kick? Tried Punisher? lol. I give those to friends at parties just to see them cough and gag when they inhale.

I love um strong the fuller the better and if they able to give that nicotine buzz then it becomes a god send. Love getting that mellow feeling.

Punisher will make your eyes water. I haven't had a nicotine buzz since I was a teenager though, sadly. Well, not counting putting half a can of chewing tobacco in my mouth on a dare. That **** has an insane amount of nicotine.

Nah. I've heard that. Haven't seen a single thing to confirm or even support that rumor though, and as I am not in the habit of washing my cigars, I doubt I ever will.

I would definitely be interested if you have a source that can confirm that though.

*second edit: Interesting. I have a few, I will definitely try messing with them off and see if it makes any difference. And here I thought the ligeros were just that potent.
