When you meet the "right woman", and are lucky enough to be able to hold on to her, you are truly blessed.

Congrats, Ron.

I don't know if any of us ever meet "the right woman". I'm not sure about Ron, but our relationship has been up, down, and all around (pun intended). We each refused to give up on the other, no matter what... and focused on what we love.

No marriage is perfect. No person is perfect. You love. You argue. You fight. You never forget what made you do the first one. My wife has faults, and sometimes she makes me crazy... but she's a loving, attentive, sweetheart of a woman when she chooses to be. And she has made me a better man than I could ever have been on my own.

Amen.

I disagree. I think I described 33% of marriages that don't end up in divorce. The rest of them either gave up when they shouldn't have, chose poorly and cut their losses, or are suffering through their poor choice.

It's like life... you get out what you put in. Sometimes you just get blessed.

I'm not ruling out a divine blessing, my friend... but I believe, after having met you and the lovely Caren, that you've put in work. Otherwise TLC would have dumped your ass. [gonzo]

divine blessings or not, it still requires max effort for the success to satisfy...

oh yeah, we've put in the work. Probably more now than ever.

I know I'd win betting that you and Ron and so many others here have as well.
