[/left] Can anyone tell me, Are these lighters that we bid on new or used ? The mailman just brought my fourth order and it looks like they are used lighters . They have scratches on them and they came full of fuel The individual boxes are tore up and the big box that all the individual boxes were packed in is held together with a lot of packing tape. but they are all here but they sure look used.

If you're buying lots and lots of lighters to resell at a profit... I hope they're used and they suck, and you get crappy reviews from the people who buy them.

The ones I have won here have been new. It could be that someone returned them. You can always call customer service about it.
