Do you drop your guns in the medical pit or outside of it?

I just looked this up, it looks like Drafter is correct, but not just in OK, but everywhere that's the official law.

The point is moot though, apparently Trump is going to support a bill ending the federal ban on marijuana.

Don't be so sure. I live in a historically red state (AZ) and it barely failed last time at 48%.

Between old people dying and young people turning 18, it's almost a certainty it will pass here next time.

It took twice to pass...medically...here in Florida. The gamesmanship on display since its passage is astounding. So much for helping the sick.🐴

Medical is already legal in AZ.

But yes guns are an issue because of the feds. Technically weed is not legal anywhere and that brings federal gun charges.

Trump has not moved to legalize it. His AG has done quite the opposite.

I'm for and against.

I'm all for recreational. If you want it, you can have it, and pick your strain/flavor/whatever.

Medicinal only as it is currently is BS. Recreational will provide a greater breadth of strains for you to try, and without being purified/isolated/pharmaceuticalized and backed by proper research studies it should NOT be considered medicine. Plus, anecdotally everyone I know with med cards use it for recreation. I don't discount the benefits they get from it, but they're not using isolated bits that give only the specific bit they want for pharmaceutical benefit, they're getting high and enjoying that as well. More power to em. Wish I could, much prefer it over alcohol as an intoxicant.

There's some benefits, to some people, but it's damn near impossible to do a proper medical study on because of the scheduling of the plant. Remove the restrictions, we'll see plenty of benefits in the medical world. The recreational world will get theirs, the medical folk will get theirs, and everyone else will live on without change. Yes, you're opening up a new channel of abuse, and there's concern about how to determine intoxication for driving etc. That's probably the most difficult part of legalization. But we still allow for an alcohol level of 80 to drive on public roads, which can be pretty intoxicated for some people, but others wake up needing more booze to prevent DT's and seizures at 80...

There's literally no losing side except for private prison industry, court system fees, lawyer fees, and on and on. Unfortunately that's huge business and money makes the rules.
