I really like the quote from Spencer Brown.

Could not have been more empathetic in including Muslim victims who also died, and those alive who are still victimized by terrorists.

I used to know some in college. They all ended up hating me cause I refused to carry a couple of dead-weight chicks that were a part of their group on a senior project. Ended up with them because I was late to class that day... oh well, sh*t happens.

Anyway, they deemed me project leader, and I was cool with that. What I wasn't cool with, was when I asked one of them to create a document about something or another and I got a poorly written email that was less than a paragraph in length.

When I told her we needed a document, she said, "if you don't like my work, then you do it"... So I told the professor my grievances, and that it would save me time if just do the project myself instead of having to deal with them.

Keep in mind, this pre-dated 9/11, so my knowledge of muslims or their culture was nil.

After that, all the muslims in the engineering departments hated me... they would all mean mug me when I walked down the hallway. I didn't get it at the time, nor did I care... I just wanted to be done with all that school crap. I was close, and I wasn't going to let a couple foreign broads ruin it for me.

Edit:

The Russians liked me though 🙂

9/11 happened shortly after I graduated... it was fresh in my memory. So probably so.

One of the nation's best biochemistry programs is at UW Madison.... The department got heavily funded in the 1900s by patents on vitamin d fortified milk... Turned it into a real powerhouse for biochemistry. I did a couple years of grad school there. Selected it over CalTech.

Only problem is that UW doesn't have any conservative groups....article is about a small liberal arts college an hour and a half away

.... Here you are demanding affirmative action for conservatives.... If you want conservative groups at UW then bootstrappy some.
