Obvious is ribs, and it's a night game so I can smoke 'em before I leave.

garlic cheese bread, baked beans (with maple syrup, brown sugar, chopped onions and chopped bacon), corn on cob

Start the smoker up on Saturday and do up some brisket and some burnt ends....do up some tasty sliced brisket sammies
