Question: How do the cigars ship from cigarbid.com after we win an auction? Does it include a humidifier packet? May we ask (and pay) for a quicker shipping time?

The reason why I ask is that my previous auction-win was through [REDACTED]. They shipped it from Pennsylvania to Idaho, and it took 7 days. When I received the package, I noticed they had no humidification included in the shipment (i.e. Boveda packet) and at least one of the cigars had a cracked wrapper.

I don't mind paying extra to protect my winnings.

With regards to shipping, I don't mind paying extra for shipping, just as long as they arrive in good shape. My last auction, I paid $33.00 for ten really nice cigars. I can wait 7-10 days for a shipment, but if they don't travel with some sort of humidification to protect them, my purchase is in danger of being seriously damaged.
