That does seem like a longer than normal delivery time. I am set up for Wednesday shipping and usually they are on my porch Friday afternoon. Have you looked up the tracking on it.

Sometimes certain items, like lighters or lighter fluid, will delay your entire shipment.
As noted, check your tracking details........if that’s no help........call Customer Service........and ask nicely, and promise to send them cupcakes.

Make sure you ask the customer service rep what she's wearing...

Tell her you have a giant package full of fluid* and ask if she can help make it come faster.

I just received an email from them saying there will be delays in shipping due to the use of new autonomous cars for delivery and the unforeseen issue of removing the package from the vehicle upon delivery.
