Starting a new job soon. Will be spending 6 to 12 hrs a day in a freezer at -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
Iโ€™ve never done this. Iโ€™ve been in freezer for relatively short stretches, and spent longer stints in walkin coolers, but this will be different.
Currently lining up my gear from this place:
https://www.refrigiwear.com/
Pretty much decided Iโ€™m going with a bib and jacket setup versus coverall.

Any tips and hints (boots, gloves, etc.) from those with experience in working in very cold temps appreciated.

Dress warm. Jacket, gloves, knit cap... maybe even a ski mask. ๐Ÿ˜

Foot warmer packets.
Place them across the TOP of your feet. (That's where the blood vessels are.)

I worked in a cooler for a few years, most miserable work environment ever.

Insulated rubber gloves. Though i guess a freezer would should be dry. I was always wet and cold.

You aren't the first and only one working there right? I'd ask one of the other people how they stay warm while in here that long.
