we guys (son and sil) made brunch for four mothers in our family this morning...

Subservient husband today. We drove into town to place flowers at my parents, wife’s Dad and grandparents. Then power washed our driveway, walkways and sidewalk in front of our house.

Son is making dinner - clam miso soup, hamachi kama (collars) and hamachi and ahi nigiri sushi. Oh, and Born Gold sake.

Hamachi = yellowtail!

I marinated skirt steak and grilled it for my wife yesterday. She loved it. Plus I gave her some cash money to buy herself something nice... I'm sentimental like that.

What? She's my wife, not my mom.
