My main concern is my teeth and gums. And I do see how it could cause throat cancer because towards the end of the cigar it feels like when you're chewing snuff and swallow some of your spit.
I only smoke outside but for anyone who smokes indoors without great ventilation, you can't say "it's not as bad as cigarettes" because you are breathing it in. Cigars have nitrosimines (sp) from the fermentation that are not contained in cigarette smoke.
I smoke cigarettes and cigars so as of now I am screwed
