I really don't have any complaints.. MSRP was slightly under that of a new Cadillac. Got them for a bargain on here. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone here who doesn't bid on them. You're the real heroes. Happy memorial day. God save the Queen.

3 Gurkha Monte? You are welcome to them. Tony will tell you most suck, there are some that are ok, and a few that are good. He's right. That being said, smoke what you like. That being said, there are so many cigars that taste good that can be had for similar money, why not try to find those? If put up a post stating what you enjoy, mild, medium, strong. Connie, habano, maduro and so on. Ask for suggestions.
After the jackazzery people will suggest specific cigars that they think might be in your wheelhouse.

I paid 2 each or less for some nice ones and they weren't the only thing I bought by far. I've heard construction sucks but I gotta give them credit. 3 out of 3 were torpedoes and unlike others I was able to just cut off a small little bit of the tip and get a decent draw for a few puffs instead of having to cut off 3/4 of an inch right from the start. Most of the torpedoes I've had usually are too tight.
Beyond that it's been pleasant flavors and good times. I had Park Ave Maduro, Status, and Centurian. Got a couple others on standby. Maybe they will be terrible so I can join the haters club.

Varina farms breakfast blend was better for a buck 50 but I am not talking shut on Gurkha anymore.

Move me from the cool table.

I haven't bought a Gurk in over a year and have smoked about 600 more or less. I'm much more reluctant to try the newer issues. The 3 VHS mentioned are ones I have smoked and the only one that is just almost good is the Status torpedo. I have some left that must be 5 years or more old, but I'm not sure that I will still enjoy them. I tried the status churchill and it was judged a yard gar.

Maybe another Gurkfest is in order. If ya got 'em smoke 'em.

Didn't get any packaging. The names and bands are like satire at this point. A cigar with two bands, one with "STATUS" has to be for hipsters who smoke ironically just to poke fun at everyone else who takes this so very seriously.
I was really expecting a cigar that would taste terrible and maybe blow up in my face or disintegrate. I deliberately smoked them at times when it would be convenient to toss half of the stick away.
Instead I actually enjoyed each one down to the last inch. They made a lot of smoke... Quality was better than the Ramon Buesos I thought were going to be great and are not. The wrappers cracked but that's not unique either. The RPs cracked too. So did the Buesos. Three wrappers were cracked in my last order when it arrived.

I don't pay more than 2.50 for any cigar on cbid at this point. My last order was $169 shipped and taxed for 132 cigars
