Today marks the Anniversary of the ratification of our Constitution. New Hampshire cast the ninth and last necessary vote ratifying this wonderful document. I think I'll have to have a Samuel Adams beer tonight to celebrate this anniversary. 🍺 🌫

You would have a tough time nowadays, since back when, they have built an enclosure around it with a wrought iron fence, probably so drunk kids don't pee on it...seems like the youts of today enjoy throwing their trash and empty beer cans at the Rock....:-k
