Here’s my take: without having the ability to save your favorites, it forces you to constantly check. At some point you’ll see something that piques your interest and you’ll bid on it. Who knows, you might really want it and overbid? While the mantra, “Losing is a sign of weakness”, may make you feel manly when you win at any cost, overbidding does wonders for the bottom line. 🤦
