Decent coach. Better defensive coordinator, I think.

I might be a little biased with Ron being an ex-Bear,but he was a two-time coach of the year and did take that team to the Super Bowl.

I don't know 4 playoff appearances first 7 seasons after taking over a 2 and 14 team. I'm pretty sure he won't be out of work for long
