I welcome the political thread since I can speak my mind. With that said, did you expect anything less of California? We are talking sloth dropped on its head as a baby level of retardation here.

If you are a poor soul that lives in California, get out while you still have a soul.

http://www.cigarbid.com/Forum/c/posts/m/4464453/Effective-1120-California-shipments-will-require-an-adult-signature-21-at-delivery-#post4464453  for non-political discussion on this.

tl;dr the options are:

1. Deliver to your work place
2. Pay $3.50 to convert it to UPS ground at which point you can ask them to keep it at a UPS store until you can pick it up.

If there were other options I missed let me know and I will edit this post.

Personal freedoms are slowly being taken away. If you do it slowly then the frog doesn't know he's boiling until it's too late. UHual just announced that if you smoke they won't hire you. Now, I am not a big fan of smoking in the work place and I don't do it, but to say you are unqualified because you smoke is them jumping into my personal life. How about if I drink at home? Maybe I surf and it's been recognized that surfing is dangerous, do they not hire someone for that?
The good news is they can't (at least so far) take away our ability to speak and if we talk we become aware. Keep talking people.

Tried the frog thing... Fast heat, slow heat, no heat... Doesn't matter, turns out frogs don't like sitting in pots of water...

Too bad for your inept attempt at correlation, UHaul isn't a California company.

And, furthermore, smokers aren't a protected class, so the company is well within their legal federal rights.
