Anyone tried any of these?

Yeah I had their sampler a while back. All were good IIRC. The Crow San Andres and Unkind/Raven Brazillian Cubra I'm pretty sure was my favs.

I seen a sale on them and was thinking about pulling the trigger.

You sound sold already, but I second Clint's opinion. Working my way through the sampler but have liked them all so far. Raven/Unkind definitely the current favorite.

I got 10 of them exact 2 in a 5x50 SOB.

Only saw them in January 1973 when they opened up for the Stones. None of them had beards back then. [gonzo]

While typing that, I flashed on the possibility of seeing them in the late ‘70s at the Aloha Stadium but the sound (...and weather...) was so bad that day, we may have left before they finished their set.

Think I told this story before, but a friend and I snuck into the Cow Palace....pretty sure it was 1976, to see them.
My ears were ringing for 2 days...
