I have one with a brace. It works quite well, it holds the pistol in firmly and it makes it easy to shoot. I mounted a red dot. If you are looking for pin point accuracy just effective protection accuracy it will work. There are some variations, but mine can be shot with the brace folded.

I was looking at Kel Tec Sub2000 but this seems like a better idea with the P80 I’m already building.

It has nothing to do with “shooting like a man” it has to do with making a single platform more adaptable to various situations and extending its capacity of use. But hey what do I know.
