So with the new regulations on cigar purchases, per (Section 22963 of the Business and Professions Code) CI requires we submit a pic of our ID (Drivers Lic). They have had my credit card on file for years, now they need another piece of ID before I purchase more cigars. Hmmmm, that truly opens up another lever of ID Theft in my eyes, with two pieces of ID on me in their system, if it gets compromised. I know CA is out to screw cigar smokers, but my identity is a lot more valuable. I'm having serious thoughts on if I can stay a customer, and it hurts cause I've been here a long time.

Any valid input? I know what's coming, move out of CA, lol. I would if I wasn't licensed in the state and have a successful business. [sarcasm] 🐴 😣 😣 😣

Cigar bid has to comply with California law. Give them ID and buy cigars or don’t and buy elsewhere. I agree it sucks but kinda is what it is
