Agreed. I’ve been doing 2 spaces for 50+ years. I don’t see that changing.

I was finishing a document set for validation... probably 8 or so years ago. These documents were hundreds of pages each... I would write up 1000s of pages of specifications and test scripts.

Anyway. I had to take a trip and I was trying to get all my files together. I had to make sure I'd saved everything to my laptop before I headed out.

For the briefest moment, I clearly remember having the thought that "goddammit, my laptop is going to be so heavy with all these documents in it".

Of course, the thought passed quickly without me saying anything that stupid. But it's amusing how sometimes concepts get stuck in our brains.
