did they go out of business here or what??? i won a bid on 4/22 and haven't heard a word from them. twice they claimed there was a problem with my payment and there was not. i sent 3 messages to them and not one reply. i have called twice and waited for more than a total of 50 minutes on hold for both calls. anyone know what is going on here? and don't be blaming this phony covid crisis either because there are literally thousands of sites that have not gone into radio silence. a little customer service would be a good thing.
