Tested negative for antibodies.

So what I’m going to need all you filthy peasants to do is get back to sheltering in place for another two months.

Not suprising, but disappointing. On the positive side based on your disscusions here you find the risk level more acceptable than I do. Plus you could rationalize this away. It certainly is possible you had a false negative. All bantering aside I really do hope you never catch this. It is a beast that is hard to explain. For some people a full recovery may take up to 6 months. The list of additional symptoms grows by the day. And many people will not make a full recovery. I am nearly recovered, but not quite and I am at 5 months out. Go sell some pitchforks HD, there is opportunity to increase sales volume it they have 6 foot handles. Also, I truely hope that if your business was hurt by this that your business recovery is rapid.

HD ... fox news says you need to get out there and catch the 'rona so you can give the elitists (you know, the ones actually invited to the underground supper parties) herd immunity.

Get to it. Your negative antibody test has been filed and will be reviewed again in 2 weeks to ensure you have rectified the situation.

Speyside,

Don’t worry, it’s all good for the HockeyDad. I really did think that nasty cold in January I had might have been the Wuhan as much as I fly out of SFO. If I was positive I might have looked into donating blood for antibody tests or sold it on the black market. Hadn’t worked that through yet.

In full disclosure, I’ve been fully employed throughout the pandemic and am on no danger of that changing but I do feel bad for the 33 million that lost their livelihood. I do appreciate them taking one for the team and I’m glad they volunteered to do so for us and their own good.

HD, only heartless don't feel sad about the unemployment. Please stop with the volunteers. Conscripts seems much more apropos. There are 2 massive gambles when we reopen. We people trust enough that they won't get sick from COVID19? If not the economy gets marginally better at best. How bad will the second surge be? If it is to high the economy goes 6 feet under. This needs to be a phased in reopening based on saftey. Though it will be slower and paid filled I think this is how we save as much of the economy as possible. There is much manufacturing that poses minimal risk, there is much retail that poses minimal risk, working from home poses no risk, many more tasks can be done telephone, Zoom and so on. There are many ways to significantly mitigate risk. We have to be diligent about mitigating risk for reopening to work.

HD is just worried that spending the past 2 months identified as a non-essential worker will have long term consequences to his elite status.

That and he's sold all these pitchforks on credit, since no one has a job to pay him.

Loan shark pays well. Have you gotten your first speak easy invite? They are more fun than the supper clubs. There is also live entertainment to be had, but you know the first rule of ***** ****.
