Never knew this was a thing but when I didn't get a shipping notification I started to wonder what happened. I sent an email and got no response. I called today and waited for a half hour before I gave up to no answer. I sent another email today. I think it's ridiculous to auction products that you don't have. Then also don't notify the winner of any delay. So we just wait until someday they get shipped. Ridiculous. I think customer service seems pretty bad.

This certainly needed it;s own thread. I mean, the thread five down in the list titled "Customer Service" was no place for a post like this. Nor was the post ten threads down with the same title.

Posters who needlessly duplicate other threads get ten minutes added to their support call hold times...

Please post what lots you won and we will see if we can help. Don't listen to Stogie, he's still upset that his order is still not shipped either.

I tend to agree with you and have always taken issue with it. Their answer will be inventory issues involving replacements to people etc. it rubs me wrong too but has been this way for decades. Now you know.

As for CS remember the pandemic and cut them some slack.
