So I’ve been a member of site for the better part of 15+ years, and in the early 2000’s I enjoyed the thrill of many victories of 35% to 45% even some 50%+ savings over the mothership’s “discount prices”
But as they say “all good things must come to a end” and me fears that is true with this site. I went from placing 1–2 orders a month down to 3-4 a year since about 2010. The site went from being fun to a part time “Babysitting” job, Sure there are still a lot of deals on here, like freefall, but u have to spend an hour per item just to see and get the best price. When it comes to Merchandise (lighters, cutters and humidification stuff.ect) This is site is THE BEST DEAL!!

As far as general auctions, if you’re lucky u might save 20% on a straight auction or two, but they are few- far in between, my last order I bid on 29 different items and won 3, and the people that bid more than catalog prices I just do not get….. (I bet 1 out of 5 auctions fit this)

The one positive thing I can say is that up until now the customer service dept at Ci international is the best in the business, every time I’ve had an issue it was resolved on one phone call. And that’s what forced me to write this post.. I’m more of a reader of forms not a poster, but my last order that closed out and was paid for last Tuesday has still not shipped (6 Days) I live in PA I’m hour from there warehouse and I pay the same shipping charge that someone in Florida pays, normally I would get my order in 1-2 days so I just dealt with it. Tried cs dept several times no answer…. Maybe its just the frustration with all the other bull**** going on (riots, lockdowns, and a dickhead Governor that thinks virus’s don’t cross county lines) but I felt the need to vent!!

Anyway I read enough of these forms to know I’m going to get slammed as a “new poster” So let me have it!!!!! 🇨🇮
