I was supposed to receive an order on 6/5/20 but it was never delivered. 10 days later no acknowledgment to either online su motion I made about the issue. I have attempted to contact by phone every business day last week and after 60 min on hikes each time (300 total minutes) I simply hang up. Does anyone know if their CS department is closed?
