Hello I have won 3 auctions and not received 1 not even a reply to my emails. I have been on the phone for 1/2 hour and not even a human. I just want my cigars???? Any one else having this problem?

I might add that CBid isn't the only online cigar vendor that seems to be having CS issues. There's a place in AZ that I ordered from recently but they haven't returned any of my e-mails for over 1 week now. I had dealt with them before and their service was excellent until now.
