Has anybody else tried to reach customer support?? Two days and several calls once I reach the 30 min wait time, I hang up and submit a ticket.....no response at all!!

The excise tax is getting crazy as well as shipping....might be time to find another cigar suppler. this coming from a person that spends 500.00 plus a month with this site!!!!

Getting no service support is not going to keep me around!![ram27bat]

Same situation with the customer support.. there is none, they don’t pick up the phone and don’t respond to emails. Very unprofessional. Can’t order from them anymore.

As a last resort, call 888-388-2683. They will answer in less that 20 minutes.

I won a bid on June 28. Have seen anything shop. Left 2 emails...no reply!! Was on hold today for 1/2 hr. no answer. Why is the site open if you can’t deliver because of COVID!!!

When you placed the bid were you wearing a mask? There is a toggle button you have to click confirming you were wearing a mask or they won’t ship anything to you.
