Has anyone else had a problem with the way your items are packaged?
I bought 6 ceramic mugs. The put 2 mugs next to each either and wrapped bubble wrap around the two that are touching each other. Then the put them in an oversized box with two heavier items. I open the box to find 4 of 6 ceramic mugs are broke

I try not to buy glass/ceramics over the interwebs.

Hell I try not to buy glass at all unless I am sure I can transport safely.

Which means All the stuffs in my house are made of plastic.

You would think they would have thought breakage was a possibility. 🤦

If you haven’t already taken pictures then you should do that immediately. 📸

Y'all are a bunch of jerks.

Clearly, this gentleman is distraught.. He attempted to purchase fine stemware from an online store specializing in discount tobacco. Why should he not expect a better experience? And of course the best method to rectify his situation is not to contact customer service(who are we kidding, they won't answer). Instead, he chose to be forward thinking and come to the forum community to complain and of course since he is a gentleman, warn all of you of the risks of buying your stemware from said discount tobacco retailer. You should all be lifting him up, not beating him down. I'm sure he is curled up in the fetal and crying after the way you have all treated him. And he can't even capture the tears in mugs, because they are all broken.

Welcome mr fishy. Ignore those guys, they think they are cool and all that jazz. BTW, for immediate rectification on you unfortunate circumstances, please PM jaderose he has good connects and should be more than happy to assist you.

Izon,
I’m newer here. I had two Gurkha mugs that were cracked. I contact customer service, but it was suggested I private message Celtic Bomber.

Does that speed the process up?

So you had good luck messaging Celtic Bomber too? Good to know.
Could that be added to the New People page? That would be a big help for some.

Thanks for the help.
