On July 2nd. I received an order #1016752312 with the box damaged, torn open at one end and partially taped back up. So, likely not Cigarbid's fault.

The box however was missing the following:
Drew Estate Undercrown Shade Robusto (5.0"x54) Pack of 5
Diesel Rage (Toro) (6.0"x54) Pack of 5

Anyhow, I provided info on customer support on July 2nd. along with a link to a photo of how the box arrived. As of July 7th. have yet to hear back so added a new note on customer support.

As of July 15 nothing...so I decided to call and was on hold for 47 MINUTES and STILL NOT CONNECTED TO ANYONE!

So I hung up and provided a THIRD NOTICE on customer support.

As of now....still nothing.

I've been buying from Cbid and CI for well over a decade and have spent a ton of cash. I never reported an issue even if there was one.

This time I'm getting annoyed and felt it best to post here.

I am not a rocket scientist but I would have called the carrier and filed a claim.

Or it is your problem since your stuff is missing, and reach out to the delivery company and ask them for help since they took/lost stuff.
