I'm guessing you ordered Some butane or lighter fluid? I am only guessing that is the "hazmat saver" you are speaking of.

I have checked the site and there is no discolsure of higher shipping cost to ship butane, so if you were charged more, Shame on Cbid.

I do see where there is a warning when ordering butane, "Due to shipping and carrier regulations, adding this item to your order will cause your entire order to be shipped via a slower, ground method. Shipping times up to 3 weeks could occur depending on your location. This item can be shipped within the Continental US only."

If that is what you are complaining about, I must say, you did not do your homework on your purchases.

You can call Cbid and wait on hold for a few hours and get you concerns addressed. Do not email, apparently they are not answering emails at this time.
