Is there anyone in customer service? Answer email or phone. Help resolve problem. Don't take customers money without sending out what was bought. Third time ordering and not been able to get it right yet. Is this a legit business?

Cigarbid is a legitimate business... HOWEVER... they've been about as fu**ed up as a football bat since the pandemic started. These jackwagons couldn't hit water from a boat right now.

Their customer service is usually great... but they've fu**ed sh*t up so bad that they can't even keep up with it. Too many complaints, not enough CS reps.
