Does anyone know how to get in touch with cigar bid? Called several times on hold forever. Sent emails in about my order and never answered. Is this site for real?

After multiple times trying to call customer service I finally got a live person. Over the past two weeks I know I’ve spent atleast 6 hours total on hold. Today was 45 minutes. The nice lady who helped me on the phone was telling me how busy they are. I explained that it isn’t good business if you can’t get a hold of someone when you have an issue. They are currently training more folks so hopefully in the near future wait times will be less.
