Is anyone else experiencing challenges with CB customer service? I have placed three calls today, I stayed on hold for 45 min each before disconnecting. My 3rd and current call is now over 3 hours on hold. I am now determined to discover just how long this will take.

The forum is littered with similar complaints so you’re just one of many.

There is a much quicker solution but do some research to see who you should contact.

I've been on almost 3 hours today over credit card I guess. I have received some cigars recently that were wrong. What I am trying to get right now is my wife's smokes. I would have given up if it was my stuff. Gotta go into a meeting now. Gonna have to start all over again later or tomorrow! Geees!

I am having the same issues, no responses to email or calls. I wouldn't order again from them till this is resolved

Once payment has been made, it becomes more difficult. The "Customer NO SERVICE" issues at CB are becoming legendary. I have scaled back my purchases considerably and the limited purchases I am making are with my American Express card. Rather than spending half a day trying to get a hold of CB to rectify issues of their own making, I simply place a quick call to AmEx. They will initiate a dispute over the phone, not requiring registering a dispute in writing like with other credit cards. The charges are reversed while the dispute is being investigated.

Clearly, CB is unwilling or unable to offer decent customer service. Unfortunately, one can only hope that at this point, efforts to slow down their cash flow might finally get their attention. They used to have great customer service. Perhaps affecting their cash flow may be the proverbial "2 x 4 across the forehead" that might remind them that they are capable of providing decent customer service once again.
