:-" I had won 5 Shorty Diesel Rage Cigars this past week. I was sent 5 regular Diesel robusto cigars instead. I was hold today for 2 hours and 15 minutes with Cigarbid customer service with no answer. I have sent an email to customer service. Is this new with Cigarbid? Errors have not happened to me in the past with Cigarbid.

I tried it on your mom already. She complained and wants Epsom salt rubbed on her instead. I still want the correct cigars.

Last month I won a 12 pack of Bovedas. They shipped me a 20 pack of Brickhouse Fumas instead. I got a good bargain because I looked up Boveda packs on Amazon. They were cheaper than my bid and they have free shipping. Brickhouse isn't my fave, but they'll do for yardgars.

I had to update my bank card and they havent processed 2 of my last orders. Even after updating it and sending them 4 emails and sat on hold for an hour on 3 separate calls with no answer, I feel I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere

I just experienced my first mishap with an order. I just letting it go. It was cheap enough not to make a stink over. A little salty about it yet but not enough to get mad. It was a lateral move. Hoping there won't be a next time.

The bottom line us Cigarbid is full of ****, and I seriously am not content with the crap they sent instead. I know you enjoy Taco Bell but I do not. Trump is a fucken racist piece of **** criminal who bought his wife from Putin.
