President Trump on Monday jumped on an offer from mixed martial arts commentator and Spotify podcast host Joe Rogan to moderate a four-hour debate with former Vice President Joe Biden.

“I do,” Trump responded on Twitter to a post from Tim Kennedy, a retired MMA fighter.

“On my podcast with @joerogan he offered to moderate a debate between @JoeBiden and @realDonaldTrump It would be four hours with no live audience. Just the two candidates, cameras, and their vision of how to move this country forward. Who wants this?” Kennedy said in his tweet.

Rogan said that to avoid the bias in the media, he’d be happy to moderate a debate between Biden and Trump.

“First of all, I want no one else in the room, just the three of us, and you’d have to stream it live so no one can edit it, and I would want them in there for hours,” Rogan said.

“If they wanted to do that – they both wanted to come here in Austin, sit down and have a debate – I would 100% do it,” he continued.

“But I don’t think that Biden can handle it. I think Biden is like, I think he’s, I mean people get mad at me for saying this, I think there’s something wrong and I don’t think there’s something wrong, because I’m guessing, or because I’m pro-Trump. I’ve seen him fall apart,” Rogan said.

The two candidates have agreed to three debates with the moderators selected by the Commission on Presidential Debates.

The first debate will be held Sept. 29 in Cleveland, the second Oct. 15 in Miami and the third Oct. 22 in Nashville.

The moderators are Kristen Welker of NBC News, Steve Scully, the political editor of C-SPAN Networks, and Chris Wallace of Fox News.

I'd personally be up for ALL of the Presidential nominees not just 2. Given Rogan's track record on being able to interview just about anyone and make it interesting I'd love to see this happen. President Trump has already said yes to participating. The teleprompter hasn't been able to wake up Biden yet to see what his handlers are going to make him say.

I don't think the majority of Americans could handle what would happen with 4 unedited hours of trump or Biden...

I would watch it if it was on Rogan. They should have to roast some greens first to give it some entertainment value though.

Seeing as how hardly nobody has read the Lincoln-Douglas debates...I'd agree. Americans are stupid. They want snippet gotcha talking points. They won't devote time necessary to hear someone all the way through without wondering which Kardashian got her butthole bleached. The dumbing down that was once comical in "Idiocracy" is now a sad documentary of where we are.

I'd gladly take the 2 major party candidates as a 3rd party wouldn't have any backing form either of them in the House or Senate unless it was a pet of theirs.

This would be fantastic. 3 of them locked in a room for 4 hours. No bull****. All lies called out on both sides. Maybe place some light weaponry around the room in case things get interesting.
