Do singles Boveda packs get hit with a $1 each for shipping?

I ask because on the Shipping Savings Program section it says that items in the "singles" category ship for $0.25 but items in the "merchandise" category ship for $1 each. I obviously don't have a great grasp of the shipping system as a whole, so I'll also ask, does that apply to each unit I bid on? At this point I assume it does apply to each, thus it necessitates the question in the title. Otherwise the $0.75 difference is moot.

Oh, TGoebel since no one mentioned it the first packet or multi-pak (if that's all you order) will cost $ 5.95 for shipping. Subsequent packs would cost $ 1 each.

Check shipping on anything you are going to bid on and look at the shipping savings program.
