My oder came with the box damaged and half my cigars missing. Can't get a response from phone calls or emails. Please help.

Is there an odor from anger ? Do the Irish have a reputation for drinking ? Is a damaged box and contents the responsibility of the seller or the carrier.

Did you get it resolved? My recent order arrived with a damage box with no cigars, just the packing material and packing slip.

Was your order total at least $200?
That's the minimum requirement for the order to be received intact and without damage.

Is the box half full or half empty?

If it's half full, Cbid won't do anything because they figure they got close enough.

If it's half empty, they will make it right if you stay on the phone, stay on hold as long as it takes, and keep emailing them.

Get clear on what the problem is, and good luck.

Hell you ain’t going to get any help on here😩 Got to call customer service and stay on hold for an hour. When you finally get one of the nice ladies they will take care of you👍

CB’s Customer Service is one of the worst. Keep at them! If you can stand to be on hold for hours, do it. If not, create a customer service ticket every. Single. Day. until they answer you. It took a month of me constantly doing that AND a Better Business complaint for them to finally contact me and correct their mistake.

Ignore the jokers on here who say to message a guy...it’s just entertainment for them.
