Home, tired, ate a few tortilla chips with a little sour cream, and a tortilla with a piece of turkey rolled up in it. Some serious gourmet chit.

In other news, the absolute worst human being I've had the displeasure of working with seems to have gotten fired. Or at least asked to leave.

Mid shift she disappeared. Not unusual, but she didn't show up again to clock out. And now her name is off the next schedule.

I asked assistant and manager about it. Both denied anything happened and said scheduler must have left her off on accident.

Went straight to the PITA nurse and she hasn't responded to a text for 2 days. So I had other people try to contact her, and all were ignored.

I hope and pray that it's finally over. There were countless terminable offences, well documented because we all hated when she was on a shift. It meant we had our patients, and hers. But she had connections so she was untouchable. Seems her conduct may have finally exhausted her clout.

Morning! I was awakened by two Geek Squad members wanting ti install a TV. Turns out it was for my neighbor, even though he is farther down the block his address is one digit lower than mine, another example of government job excellence.

about a PITA employee...dealt with many during my career...they can cause havoc to an otherwise smooth running and harmonious team...takes so much time and energy to document and discipline, hoping they'll straighten out, but knowing they will not...some are just malicious, arrogantly incompetent or both...
