You seem like a fart smeller, why not manage your own? Open an online IRA or brokerage account with a place like Fidelity, Schwab, AmeriTrade (recently bought out by Schwab), Merrill. They have free trades and no commission for most of the stuff.

There are plenty of pre-assembled, pre-mixed mutual funds and ETFs to fit all different types of portfolios and investment plans. Plus if you have instant access to your online account you can trade willy nilly.

See.. when you're doing it online with your phone, tablet, or computer it's not even like real money. It's more like a video game.
