Has anybody got a number or any other way to reach customer service @ cigar bid. They never answer the phone, just put you on hold to listen to music (twice over 25 minutes). Also, they don't respond thru their customer service site on-line. Help

This is shocking to hear about, the first time I have seen something like this.. have you tried to message Celtic Bomber? He helps out on the forum a lot! Stand up gentleman if you ask me.
