So I’ve been trying to contact them by email and phone, as well! I also received a partial order. I have been a customer for a decade now and have never encountered a problem. Should I just continue to be patient? I also sent them a letter. Will they ultimately respond?

coincidently, in this morning's fake newspaper (Boston Globe) or maybe yesterday's, there was some outrage about the Federal Government finally releasing long held back info...phone numbers, addresses, etc. on hundreds of parents who were stopped at the border or sent back but the kids are still here a couple of years later.
I think the officials believe as many as 650 kids may now be able to be matched up with their parents.
