It’s not as if using parliamentary procedure to continue to peruse the absurd or Trumps lie is illegal or even against congressional rules. Politically it is unforgivable to me as a voter but official attempts to expel or even censure those congressmen is an overplay in my opinion.

Their constituents should sanitize their puss filled mess and get rid of them in my opinion but Congress attempting to do so isn’t terribly different than trumps attempt to overthrow a peaceful transfer of power following a free and fair election. Other than the whole storm the capital violence piece.

But the point is you can always count on both party’s to over play their hand.
