How do I get Cigar Bid to ship my order.. it has been on back order since 1 December of last year, but they always have plenty to sell on the site!!

They do not answer the phone eveer and I have sent multiple requests by message email

Maybe they don't like cry babies. Backorders have always been an unlikely item to ever ship, tho I have managed to get an alternative cigar as a replacement in the past when things at CS weren't so crazy.
