The price here in South Carolina and Augusta, Georgia is now more than $2.00 per gallon. $2.05 at Costco in Augusta and $2.25 at a local discount station in South Carolina.

Central PA...regular is $2.81-$2.75...

Up in lititz, pa...a MARATHON GAS STATION just came to town about 3-4 months ago...north of town across from the NEW CLAIRE BROTHERS CONCERT SOUND COMPANY COMPOUND
CALLED "ROCK LITITZ"...

MARATHON AND SHEETZ ARE HAVING A 3-4 MONTH
GAS WAR at $2.29 for regUlAR...at Sheetz they have a .03 off loyalty card so it's $2.26....
Definitely makes it worth the short drive up there when I need something in LITITZ...
Saving .53 cents a gallon is $5.30 on ten gallons and
$10.60 on 20 gallons...

Oil companies will use any excuse to increase fuel costs.
Weather, oil rig fire, "threat" of trouble in Mideast, you name it and they will increase their prices. Even when the crude they bought and processed months before,at a low price, any "problem" they will increase gas price at the pump that day.
