Stopped at the grocery store for things. Corned beef on sale, $1.49 lb for points and 2.49 for flats. Got one of each. Picked up some rye, kraut, dressing, and Swiss for sammiches.

It's been at least 20 years, probably 25 since I've had it. I've had a few Reubens from restaurants over the years, but not a whole cut since I was a kid.

Making Jalapeno poppers. 6 regular batter and panko breaded, 6 battered and breaded with crushed flaming hot cheetos.

Think imma put the point cut in the pressure cooker. Not really hungry now but starting on the beers, a Reuben sammich will sound really good in a few hours.
