No I don’t.

They failed to render aid the second he went unconscious. There’s fault there that could be criminal and I’m very UN QUALIFIED to determine that. I will say the charges they filed will be a tough hurdle and IMO feed an appeal if needed.

I’ve watched the entire video multiple times and it makes me sad to hear his behavior, to hear the cops verbal tone and phrases used a couple times, and I also wish that they would have called medical sooner. But that’s all Monday morning quarterbacking and unlike most in the current loud generation I don’t think my opinion has more merit than other’s. It’s just my opinion.

I think the prosecutor will have a hard time making a case for the charges. No matter what the decision Minneapolis is in a bad spot.

Robert, you may be correct. I think jury nullification will cause at least one person not to convict. Plus I think no bruising on the neck of the body changes some elements.
