But in what is being called a "video glitch", Biden's hand passes in front of a microphone that should be too far away. It's an odd thing that most would not catch. But some conspiracy sites on Youtube were compelled to say it was all a green screen moment and there was no reporter, or no white house, or no president. I'm not really sure what they were claiming.
