Drafter, it is actually legal for Biden to add 3 SCOTUS members. It was an add on to a law passed during the great depression. This is what I remember. A SCOTUS member may be added for any SCOTUS member over 70 1/2 years of age. My age number may not be correct. From what I have seen the 3 SCOTUS members Trump added are doing their job, following the constitution. I for one do not want to see this further fractioning of our country. My hope is that it will not happen.

Remember when study meant do nothing but placate the extremists in your party that want something. Is it possible that's what is happening here as opposed to letting the extremists of both parties drive things like they do in here.
